This privacy policy applies to the website smbergen.no.
It explains what data we may process when you visit the site or contact us, why we do so, and what rights you have.
This policy does not cover membership systems or other internal systems for management of memberships.

In most contexts, such data is not particularly sensitive. However, in the context of contacting or interacting with a BDSM or fetish organization, even limited information may become sensitive, as it can indirectly reveal aspects of personal sexual orientation.
We therefore treat all data with additional care and aim to collect as little as possible.

3.1 Visiting the website
You can use the website without registering or providing personal data.
We do not use:
- analytics tools
- third-party advertising
- cross-site tracking
- external CDNs or third-party resources
3.2 Local storage (cookies / localStorage)
We only use local storage for:
- Language preference (Norwegian/English)
- Login session
This is used for functionality only, not tracking.

The server may temporarily record:

This is used solely for operations, troubleshooting, and security, and is retained only briefly.

We recommend using an email address that does not include your full name or employer.

We use the following data processor:
- Leaseweb, for hosting of website and server (EU)
We aim to minimize the use of external providers.
No personal data is transferred outside the EU/EEA through the website.
